1. The instructions do not include the steps to install the Unistrut. 1-5/8″ width Unistrut with a minimum length of 26″ is required to install. The depth of the channel can vary. Before installing the Unistrut, please review المعلومات التالية.
   The Packout rails must be parallel to the Unistrut for the lock system to function as it should. Ensure these are as close to zero degrees of separation as possible. Ensure the Packout stack will be able to reach the face of the Unistrut rail wherever it’s mounted.
   The Unistrut must also be parallel to the surface the Packout will be on. For example, if the system is installed in a trailer, the Unistrut must be parallel to the trailer floor. It’s beneficial to add the lock pieces first and mock them up with the Packout stack before bolting them down.

3. Both pieces of the Integral Rail Lock mount to Unistrut with two channel nuts and two button head cap screws each. Add two track nuts to each piece. Keep the bolts loose.

   

4. Add each piece to the rail in the following orientation. The Un1strut may be attached to a wall, but the process remains the same.
   ملحوظة: the locking piece and the stationary piece can be flipped. It will function the same.

   

5. Grab a Packout box or stack to test-fit the locking system. With the locking side unlocked and the track nuts still loose, put the Packout up against the Unistrut. Push each lock side down the Unistrut channel until each side is touching each Packout rail. Ensure they are not too tight against each rail. A couple of millimeters of tolerance is best for smooth attachment and detachment.
   ملحوظة: The Unistrut will be attached to a wall. The photos below are only for better visibility of these steps.

   
6. While the system is mocked up, tighten each outer track nut with the 5mm Allen wrench.

   

7. Remove the Packout from the Unistrut. Install and remove the system multiple times to ensure it fits properly.
   It should easily attach to the rail and remove. If it’s difficult to get on and off, then each piece is too close together. Loosen each track nut to give the system more tolerance and try again. If this continues, the Unistrut is not parallel to the Packout rails or floor.

   

8. Once it fits properly, remove the Packout from the lock system and tighten the inner track nuts.

   
9. The rail system is now complete.
