4. الإعداد والتجميع

The MERACH E09 Elliptical is 90% pre-assembled for quick setup. Most users can complete assembly in under 30 minutes. Follow these steps:

Attach the front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using the provided carriage bolts, arc washers, and high hats. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened with the cross wrench.

Step 2: Install Handrail Riser

Lift the handrail riser and secure it to the main frame using the specified M8*16L Hexagon Socket Head Cap Bolts, M8 Arc Washers, and M8 Flat Pads. Tighten with the Allen wrench.

Attach the left and right pedals to their respective pedal tubes using M8*50L Hexagon Bolts, M8 Flat Pads, and M8 Caps. Ensure correct left (L) and right (R) orientation.

Step 4: Install Upper Handrails

Insert the left and right upper handrails into the lower handrails. Secure them with M8*35L Carriage Bolts and M8 Caps. Use the cross wrench to tighten.

Step 5: Attach Bottle Holder and Trim Covers

Fix the bottle holder to the column pipe using M4*16mm Flange Screws. Attach the lower handrail trim covers and universal joint trim caps using self-tapping screws.

Step 6: Connect Electronic Monitor

Connect the induction wire connector on the electronic monitor to the induction line upper segment. Connect the heart rate wires to the heart rate connectors. Fix the monitor to the handrail riser using M5*12L Phillips Head Bolts. Install 2 AA batteries into the monitor.

Your MERACH E09 Elliptical is designed for a smooth and effective workout. Follow these guidelines for operation:

• The electronic monitor will automatically power on when you begin exercising or press any button.
• It will power off automatically after a few minutes of inactivity.

The elliptical features 16 levels of magnetic resistance. Adjust the resistance by turning the knob located on the main console. Turn clockwise for higher resistance and counter-clockwise for lower resistance.
