6.1 Selecting the Correct Whisk

• خفاقة الرغوة: Use this whisk for creating dense or airy milk foam. It has a coiled spring.
• خفاقة التسخين: Use this whisk for heating milk without frothing, or for very light, airy foam. It is a flat whisk.

Ensure the chosen whisk is securely placed on the spindle at the bottom of the frother jug before adding milk.

6.2 Filling with Milk

Pour cold milk into the frother jug. Observe the internal MAX and MIN markings. Do not exceed the MAX frothing level (typically 120ml for foam) or the MAX heating level (typically 240ml for hot milk) to prevent overflow.

6.3 Operating the Frother

Place the frother jug onto the power base and secure the lid. The frother offers four functions:
