Before cooking food for the first time, it is recommended to heat the barbecue without food for approximately 10-15 minutes at a medium setting. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process. After this, allow the appliance to cool down and clean it as described in the Maintenance section.

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Cecotec PerfectRoast 3000.

While some components may be dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve the non-stick coating over time.
4. Clean Splash Guard: The stainless steel splash guard can be washed with warm, soapy water.
