1. Choosing the Right Microphone and Helmet Type

The FX8 AIR comes with both a soft and a hard microphone to accommodate different helmet styles. Choose the microphone that best suits your helmet:

• Hard Microphone: Ideal for open-face and flip-up helmets where the microphone can be easily positioned in front of your mouth.
• Soft Microphone: Suitable for full-face helmets where the microphone can be tucked inside the helmet lining.

The device is compatible with a variety of helmet types including Half Helmet, MODULAR, Open face, Full Face, and Flip Up Helmets.

2. Mounting the FX8 AIR Unit

You can mount the FX8 AIR unit to your helmet using either the clamp or the 3M adhesive velcro:

The FX8 AIR supports universal pairing with smartphones, tablets, and GPS navigation systems.

1. Ensure the FX8 AIR is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power button until the indicator light flashes rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
