The Brydge 7.9 Keyboard is designed to enhance the functionality of your iPad Mini 4th or 5th Generation, transforming it into a versatile laptop-like device. Before initial use, fully charge your Brydge 7.9 Keyboard. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the keyboard and to a USB power source. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

3. Gently push the iPad down until it is securely seated in the hinges.

1. Turn on the Brydge keyboard by pressing the power button. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash.

3.2 Using Backlit Keys

The keyboard features LED backlit keys with three adjustable brightness levels. To cycle through the brightness levels or turn the backlight off, press the dedicated backlight key (often represented by a sun icon) located on the top row of the keyboard.

The top row of the Brydge 7.9 Keyboard includes dedicated iOS function keys for quick access to common iPad features. These keys allow you to control media playback, adjust volume, access search, and more.

To clean your Brydge 7.9 Keyboard, use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid spraying liquids directly onto the keyboard or into the ports.
