5. الإعداد

5.1. مصدر الطاقة

The monitor can be powered by batteries or the included DC power adapter.

Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit. Insert four "AA" alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

Insert the adapter plug into the DC input jack on the side of the monitor. Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. When using the AC adapter, batteries are not required but can remain in the unit as a backup.

6. تعليمات التشغيل

6.1. Before Measurement

• تجنب الأكل وشرب الكحول والتدخين وممارسة الرياضة والاستحمام لمدة 30 دقيقة قبل القياس.
• استريح لمدة 5 دقائق على الأقل قبل إجراء القياس.
• اجلس في وضع مريح مع دعم ظهرك وقدميك مسطحتين على الأرض.
• ضع ذراعك على سطح مستو بحيث تكون الكفة على مستوى القلب.
• تأكد من وضع الكم مباشرة على الجلد العاري، وليس فوق الملابس.

6.2. وضع كفة الذراع

Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight; you should be able to insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm. The artery mark on the cuff should be positioned over your brachial artery.

6.3. أخذ القياس

1. Select the desired user (User 1 or User 2) using the User Selection button.

6.4. Recalling Memory Readings
