  3. Place the sausage stuffing spacer onto the end of the auger shaft.
  4. Place the sausage stuffing adapter over the spacer.
  5. Attach the desired sausage stuffing funnel (14mm, 19mm, or 24mm) to the adapter.
  6. Screw the retaining ring onto the front of the grinder body until snug.
  7. Attach the hand crank to the auger shaft at the rear of the grinder body and secure it.

4. Securing the Grinder

Place the protective pad on your countertop. Position the grinder on the pad and tighten the C-clamp firmly to secure the unit to a stable surface up to 1.5 inches thick. Ensure the grinder is stable and does not wobble during operation.
